All bottle service must be purchased in advance.  You will not be able to purchase bottle service the day of the event. All bottles come with two mixers of your choice.  Mixers are subject to bar availability!  TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND SOLD SEPARATELY!

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

25+ (21-24 will need to attend with a ticket purchaser 25+). ID Required!

Where can I purchase tickets and how can I receive them?

Electronic ticket stubs for purchases will be sent to the email address registered on the order from Eventbrite. The Eventbrite tickets purchased will be emailed in 1-3 business days.

Do I need my ticket to enter the event?

Everyone must have a ticket to enter the event. Please print your tickets and/or have your tickets available on your mobile device. If you cannot for any reason locate your tickets then we will make every effort to locate your tickets in our system. You will be asked to step aside while we locate this so that others my freely enter the event. If we cannot locate your tickets, you will not be allowed to enter the event. Save yourself time at check in by having your tickets available.

Who can attend?

ALL WOMEN (and their male guests) who meet the age and ID requirements. Males must be accompanied by a female. A female patron can only escort one male patron.

Are males allowed?

Males can attend as long as they are accompanied by a female and meet the age and ID requirements.

What type of crowd to expect?

Large numbers of queer women especially queer women of color and a few male guests.

What time do doors open?

Doors open and the event starts at 4 pm unless you purchased a ticket for Premium Admission which allows you to enter the event at 3:30 pm.

What is the attire?

Casual and/or Swim/Beach attire. Anything pretty much goes as long as you're not fully nude. Remember to cover up when walking through the hotel lobby.

What is included in the ticket price?

General Admission - Admission at at 4:00 pm when the event opens; access to open seating; complimentary Hors D'ouevres; hookahs, bottle service, and individual drinks available for purchase. Open seating and/or complimentary Hors D'ouevres are not guaranteed and are only available while supplies last.

Reserved Section - Reserved seating for up to 4 people, general admission entry for 4, and 1 additional guaranteed complimentary Hors D'ouevres choice from the bar. All reserved sections will be shaded. Hookahs, bottle service, and individual drinks are available for purchase. General complimentary Hors D'ouevres are not guaranteed and are only available while supplies last.

What amenities are available?

Reserved Sections, Bottle Service, Hookahs & Discounted Hotel Rooms are available for additional purchase. Please note that purchased amenities do not include the general admission ticket. Every guest has to purchase a general admission ticket in addition to any requested amenities. ALL AMENITIES MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE.

What are the seating arrangements?

Approximately 100 open seats (chairs, lounge furniture, etc) will be available in addition to pool side seating. Reserved sections (with seating for up to 4 people) are available for purchase.

What is the policy on reserved sections?

Section location will be picked by the purchaser upon arrival on a first come, first serve basis. No refund will be granted because of dissatisfaction with section location. Arrive at a reasonable time to have first pick at your section location. If you would like to designate a desired location for your section in advance an extra $50 fee will apply, please email contact@WeAreLOC.com or text 832.385.8777 to make arrangements and payment.

If someone infringes upon your section or you find your section is not as you expected, please see a host immediately to have the issue rectified. If the issue cannot be rectified then you will be given a fair and reasonable credit of a portion of your purchase, moved to the open seating area and your section will be sold to another purchaser. If you choose to remain in the section or fail to raise the issue with a host immediately on the day of the event, you will not be refunded or credited any portion of the purchase. If we find that there is no legitimate issue, regardless of your dissatisfaction no refund or credit will be issued.

What if I have an issue at the event?

We welcome and appreciate any and all of your feedback! If there is a legitimate issue, please see a host immediately to have the issue rectified. If the issue cannot be rectified, a determination will be made as to whether you are owed any credit. However, our official policy is not to issue refunds or credits of any kind. if you fail to raise the issue with a host immediately on the day of the event, you will not be refunded or credited any portion of the purchase. Therefore, please read all FAQs, event descriptions and ticket descriptions before making your purchase.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

** Metro transit stops near venue. The northbound Main Street Station METRORail stop is conveniently located 500 feet from the hotel.
** Downtown Street Parking where permissible is FREE on the weekends (Be cautious of "No Parking Zones")
** Uber
** Lyft
** Event Valet Parking at the hotel is $20.
** Downtown Area Parking Lots between $7 - $20 and in some cases can be reserved and paid for in advance. Download apps such as ParkMe, ParkMobile & Best Parking to find affordable, convenient parking in advance or plan to arrive early to secure street parking if you wish to not valet at the Aloft Houston Downtown.
** The hotel will provide a shuttle to/from any location downtown. Call hotel to make arrangements for shuttle pick-up/drop-off to your downtown location at (713) 225-0200.

What can I bring into the event?

You can bring your ID, beach towels, cell phones, other personal effects and/or other reasonable sized pool (beach) accessories. Please see FAQs for a list of non-permissible items.

What items are not allowed?

-Chairs or seating of any kind.

-Unreasonable large items that will obscure event space.

-No savory foods or any type of alcoholic drinks, soda, juice or other beverages. Baked goods such as cakes, cookies as well as bottled water are allowed.

-No large containers as they may contain alcohol or other non permissible items.

-No weapons of any kind: knives, guns, etc

-Purses and large bags will be checked at the door. All patrons are subject to a waistband check or light pat down.

Are food and drink available for purchase?

Although, complimentary Hors D'ouevres will be provided, additional food and drinks can be purchased from the bar. The bar accepts credit cards. All bar tabs will be subject to an 8.25% tax and an 18% gratuity.

Are hotel accomodations provided?

What if I can’t attend the event?

All sales are final and there are no refunds. You may resell or transfer your tickets to someone else. From time to time, organizers may even assist you in selling your tickets, but organizers are under no obligation to assist and may decline to help. Your attendance is your sole responsibility.

What other general information should I know?

LOC is committed to the FUN and SAFETY of all members and guests! We operate under a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for those not in compliance with FUN and SAFETY. We will not tolerate confrontational behavior, verbal or physical, of any kind! If we see it or it's reported, you're removed IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY. NO REFUNDS. NO DISCUSSION. This policy will be enacted regardless of gender expression, sexual preference, or race.

Every reasonable precaution will be taken not to photograph anyone who wishes not to be photographed. However, by attending this event, you consent to being photographed and your picture being used, without compensation, in print, films and tapes for exploitation in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release LOC, its organizers, leaders, representatives, successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever.

You hereby also agree to assume all risks and liability related to or resulting from your participation in this event. You agree that neither you nor any third party will hold LOC, its organizers, leaders, representatives, successors, assigns and licensees liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your own person or any members of your family, friends, acquaintances, children, pets, or property, arising directly, indirectly or therefore from this event. If you bring guests, you will assume responsibility for your guests and their actions.
